Aerosol cans

Aerosol cans

Due to their specific and precise method of dispensing, aerosol cans are convenient to use, hygienic and offer maximum control when dispensing. Because aerosols are made of tin-plated sheet steel, these containers are highly recyclable and therefore a sustainable choice. Advantages of aerosol cans:

  • Always ready for use.
  • Hygienically packaged and well sealed.
  • Long product shelf life.
  • Precise dosing and economical to use.
  • Suitable for liquids, foams or powders.
  • Recyclable thanks to tin-plated sheet steel.

We offer a wide range of products. What should you consider when choosing packaging?

  • Application: The most common markets in which aerosols are used are personal care, medical applications, automotive and the paint and coatings industry.
  • Material: tin (tinned steel) or aluminium.
  • Shape: straight-sided (convenient for labelling) or necked in (curved shape, distinctive appearance).
  • Coating: plain or coated, depending on the contents.
  • Closure: The filling hole of an aerosol is standardised worldwide at 25 mm in diameter. Aerosols can be closed with a sprayer, a pump (atomiser) or a screw cap. A plastic (dust) cap is often placed on top, depending on the contents and legal requirements, which may or may not be child-resistant.
  • Printing or labelling: offset, digital or labelling – also suitable for small runs and special effects such as matt/gloss or 3D
